International Zombie Month 2010!

Hey all! It's that happy time again! The second annual Internation Zombie Month (or IZM, if you're in some kind of a hurry) has just begun. Through both Deviantart and this very blog, I and all my noble artist companions will be adding some new contributions to the world of the undead. Last year, I went for quantity. I produced almost a zombie drawing a day for the entire month, no small feat. While I endeavor to dry and do the same, my priority this year is quality over quantity. I want to produce one or two pieces that are more professional quality, time permitting. I do so enjoy to be busy.

To begin, here's a little something that I actually managed to include at my vernissage. Meet Bill and Scum. Bill was a remnant of last year's IZM. He was my one-day character design challenge to myself. I've altered his face a little bit since the original design. Scum is just a zombie concept I developed over the last few weeks of the semester. My original thought was to make a whole series of zombie post cards to give away as promotional items, but I ran out of both time and money. So, now they can promote me here.
Many more updates on the way!
